12-MONTH WARRANTIES
Once you try our sex toys you won’t want to stop (absolutely no judgement here, promise!).
That’s why we offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our pleasure objects. If your toy runs out of steam before you do, it’s time to talk to us.
Hey pleasure seekers, please keep the following pertinent points in mind when revving for refunds, gunning for guarantees, wanting those warranties or excited about exchanges:
- Plaything products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Plaything purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after the original purchase date to qualify for a full refund. If you wish to return the product, please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and be returned in the original packaging.
- This pleasure object is intended for adults only. Plaything warrants this pleasure object for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify Plaything during the warranty period, Plaything will, at its discretion, replace the sex toy free of charge.
- Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from a Plaything Authorized Retailer within the warranty period. This should be returned with the product if it is discovered faulty, and once the fault is confirmed we will replace the product free of charge. If you purchased your product online, we already have your proof of purchase on file.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened.
- Opened pleasure objects may only be returned under warranty ONLY if they are malfunctioning.
- The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
- Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.
10-YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE
At Plaything we put our money where our mouths are (Because, why not? Mouths are sexy, but we digress!). Our products carry a 10-year quality guarantee, because quality is our priority and we want to satisfy you completely.
Our Plaything 10-year Quality Guarantee is valid for everyone who has purchased a Plaything toy. If you find your product is faulty once outside the warranty period (12 months), or you have lost your proof of purchase, you can claim on this warranty. You will then be entitled to a 50% discount on www.plaything.co.nz for the purchase of a new device, limited for one-time use only that can be applied up to 5 items in a single order. This discount cannot be used in addition to other discounts or for purchasing discounted products.
